1. Overview

This policy explains what information HEVRO collects, how it is used and the choices you have. By using HEVRO you agree to this policy.

HEVRO does not sell your personal information and does not use it for advertising or to track you across other apps and websites.

2. ınformatıon we collect

Account details: your username, email address and a password (stored in protected form).

Content you create: listings (type, title, description, city, price and photos), messages, saved listings, blocked users and reports you send.

Technical data our sign-in service needs to keep you signed in and your account secure, such as your login session.

3. How we use your ınformatıon

To create and secure your account and to verify your email address.

To show your listings, deliver messages and let you save listings.

To review reports, remove objectionable content and keep the community safe.

To contact you about your account when needed.

4. Photos and permıssıons

HEVRO asks for access to your photo library only when you choose to add photos to a listing. We only receive the photos you select.

HEVRO does not access your camera, microphone, contacts or location.

5. Who can see your ınformatıon

Your username, listings and listing photos are visible to other users. Your messages are visible only to the person you are chatting with.

Your email address is not shown to other users.

We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of users.

6. Servıce provıders

We use Supabase to provide our database, sign-in and file storage. Your data is stored on servers in Europe.

Verification codes are sent by email through an email provider used by our sign-in service.

These providers process data on our behalf only to run HEVRO.

7. Keepıng and deletıng your data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Privacy > Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, listings, photos, messages, saved items and sign-in account.

Reports about other users may be kept for safety and moderation, and deleted data may remain in backups for a short time before it is overwritten.

8. Your rıghts

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to certain processing.

You can delete your account in the app. For any other request, contact us using the email below.

9. Chıldren

HEVRO is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn of it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. If you keep using HEVRO after an update, you accept the updated policy.

If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
